Here are my observations:-The waistband strap section probably fits best on an average sized butt / pelvis. It's elastic but if you're larger it will ride low, which would make it less comfortable.-The hollow sleeve is technically about 6 inches from the outside before it becomes the solid head portion (impenetrable), but considering how it's worn I think you can technically fit a 7 inch natural member inside. The sleeve is very thick though and the insertable tube is a little bit narrow. You might want to lube it before wearing.-The inside of the sleeve is thick and completely smooth. There is basically no kind of stimulation for the user whatsoever while wearing or using this thing. This part sucks, because they could have at least added some textures like a sleeve toy on the inside or some other creative things.-The fake dong is pretty heavy and does sell the fantasy of this thing. If you don't fill the inside fully though it can crinkle or warp a bit because it's just empty hollow space and/or trapped air.Overall, I feel like it's a bit under-designed or at least there are opportunities for an even better product.
