I loved using this in the crate for my pup with frozen banana, applesauce or peanut butter on it. After a couple of weeks he started chewing on it and it has crumbled on the ends. I am so scared to give it too him because I don't want him to eat and swallow the plastic. I wish the quality would have been better for the price.The pad would have lasted longer if we stopped our Great Dane from chewing on it as well. Having the ability to attach it to his crate is great and has held up even through all the chewing. On to our second one now.I got two of these for my rottweiler and Australian shepherd to go on their wire cage crates. I put peanut butter on them then froze them, then gave these to my dogs while I was away from home. My rottie managed to knock it off his kennel, but neither dog destroyed them like we were worried would happen. They were easier to put on their kennels than expected, and the dogs took to them immediately. They're easy to spread peanut butter on (next time I also added some frozen veggies to it). Licking is a calming behavior for dogs, so I'm really glad I got these! They love them, and I love how easy they are for enrichment!My dogs hate the crate and are making crate training horrible but I will say this has been a life saver for one of my dogs at least - now bell atleast fo in the crate to lock the peanut butter off if it and is now associating the crate with good positive thoughts vs negativeThis would have been a perfect calming toy for the animals in my rescue if it hadn’t been destroyed in 5 min by my 50 lb big bullyFirst, this was not very easy to attach to the side of my kennel. I thought it would twist together to hold it more sturdy but it just sort of sits in the kennel cage wall… I stopped giving this to my dog after the second time because he was eating it. The rubber is not durable at all and super easy to rip apart. I was so disappointed.Not durableGreat design however, bought this for my puppy when she was 4 month old and about 18lbs. It lasted two days. My pup was able to destroy it quickly. If made sturdier, it would be a great product.DOG pulls off crate - only works on top bars - NOT impressed
