First of all, our puppy is obsessed with this little wiggly piggy. Only thing was that the music was too loud. That being said, this is what I did to eliminate the loud music and audio all together. Not encouraging anyone to do this modification as it will void the warranty. With a small precision Phillips screwdriver I opened the inner ball as well as the gyro mechanism and clipped one of the white wires to the speaker and viola, bouncing pig with no sound. Dog loves it and we keep our sanity. Hope this helps.
