This was a gift for a 4 year old boy. He loves it. You can adjust the seat depending on the size of the child. He will use this for several years. My 3 yr old calls it his motorcycle lol and they love to ride them!!My daughter enjoys using this radio flyer Big wheel. Essentially when I saw it somewhere it reminded me of my childhood days having one.Bought this for my son for Christmas and he loves it! It was easy to assemble and now he rides it daily! His little brother also loves to ride it!Our grandson requested the Radio Flyer Deluxe Big Flyer for his birthday present. He was so excited when he saw that we had it assembled and ready to go for him. It's well made with very good assembly instructions and fits in our car hatch. We took him to the local middle school parking lot and he was riding it for literally an hour! This is one of the best birthday presents we have purchased and put together! A+Grandson birthdayLiked the seat adjustment. Didn’t like no brake. When I was a kid these has a hand brake on back tire.Let's get one thing out of the way... It's an absolute RIP-OFF for the £70 I paid. This is a £45 toy with a healthy profit margin at that price. I was disappointed with the overall lack of quality and missed opportunities, which for the price should've been a given. Ours rattles like a piñata with all the plastic bits left inside after manufacturing.The chair is uncomfortable and both children complained it hurt their back. This was an easy fix, I cut up a rectangular half inch thick foam tile and that solved that issue. It should come with 2 foam pads that are attached by velcro. When turning hard left or right the handle bars will bash their knees. There's not much to do about this, but they do learn to mitigate this eventually!It's missing a few washers that should be included and hammering the plastic peddles into place almost broke them. It would also be expected that they could include a cheap Phillips screwdriver and a couple of spanners for the price.The front 'tyre' is a problem. It's not a tyre. It not rubber, just shiny, slippery plastic. It has zero grip and just spins on grass or dirt. This is a shame because it limits the use of the tricycle and constantly frustrates our kids. How hard is it to make that front wheel a bit more robust and grippy? Also, the front peddle bar is held in place with 4 screws into the plastic, a weak setup and a proper bearing should be fitted for this price.It's easy to build and does look good. As far as size goes, our 3 year old is 112cm and he has the seat on the second holes out of three, so lots of life to get from it...as long as it lasts.When I opened this and saw how poorly made it is for the money, I was going to send it back for a refund... however, my son saw me building it and that was the end of that plan!The kids do really enjoy it, I dread the day it falls apart! For £70 is far too expensive but if you can ever find it on offer or just don't mind the expense, your kids will like it.Update: well, it didn't go back because my two kids loved it so much! Unfortunately, it has now started to fall apart. All the wheels have cracked and split and the front wheel is down to the bone! This has been a great fun toy but it's a shame it's not better made to last longer.Update 2: after 10 months use it fell apart, however, Amazon were amazing and replaced it for free. Brilliant service and the tricycle is still a firm favourite with our kids.I purchased this for my son’s fourth birthday. He is not very big he’s only four. Even on the most forward seat placement it’s impossible for him to have the leverage to turn the pedals. I definitely don’t think it’s NOT suitable for children are four years old unless they are tall and strong . Probably would say five upwards would be about rightNot to keen on this product everything is plastic the wheels dont last long and very noisy. The hard plastic seat has left bruise Mark's on my childs backGave it 4 star as cost me more money as had bits missingNo instructions at all!
