Daily use! If it isn't the dry erase board, then it is the table, on the tent. It has been a garage, a kitchen and music studio. My son plays with it Daily we have had it 6 months and he is just started climbing the wall. My only complaint is the dry erase markers have to be scrubbed off the plastic if you walk away and forgot to put it away. We ❤️ it!My 3 year old loves it!My five year old son loves this. It was pretty simple to put together and I love that it folds up for storage.Although my daughter assembled this on her own it was not too easy. There is no written text just pictures. Thank god she's pretty handy! It was pretty easy to assemble. The three year old loves it the one year old likes the tent part. It stays set up in my son's great room all the time.Tent and activity center is very cute and sturdy. Decal didn't stick very well, and the dry erase board wasn't adhered as well as it could be, but the overall construction was fairly well designed. It could be improved by adding a tray to store markers. However, what should have been a relatively simply task of putting together a child's play center became a major source of frustration. Instructions were pitiful. After assembling it once, we figured we must have put it together incorrectly because it would not collapse. We took it all apart, put it back together for a second time, and it still wouldn't collapse. It took magnifying the picture on the website for us realize that in order to close it, you have to remove two of the plastic screws!A simple one line instruction for storage would have saved us hours of frustration! So it’s probably about four feet tall but it was pretty easy to put together and really looks nice. The only issue is that the directions skipped a step or two here and there but for the most part you’d be able to do it yourself. When it comes to putting in the plastic screws I’d recommend getting help from someone towards the end of assemblyWasn't to hard to put together. The sheet keeps it from closing when all put together though. The bolts because they are plastic and big keeps coming out. And the table keeps falling apart. Kids love it though.
