Love this for the price. Only wish it had different size rings and the straps have to bend to fit thru the buckles which takes more time than id like it to putting it on. Because that was kind of the reason I got it And I was very disappointed when I couldn't use it.All the straps are TOO SHORT. Maybe fine for the Asian market but not for the North American or European market.Would be better to pay more for a premium version as shown. What you are getting is the thinest, cheapest leather. What you are looking for is something that is going to get a lot of use and this is find for a gamble. But for your stash of fun time toys under the bed you would want something better, but if this is your first step into such adventures that it is cheap enough to risk it. The concept is a good one just wich I could buy a premium version.It's a bit uncomfortable, but that was expected and we wouldn't drop a star for that. The hook and ring are both adjusted with the long buckle from the top of the forehead to the back of the head though, which attaches to a leather loop and then the side straps buckle through that. It was possible to make both the hook and ring fit by tightening the top buckle so much that the side straps were pulled up high behind my head. After that, the chin strap didn't stay in place due to the way it's angled forward. For the price it's a learning experience, but we wish it had a separate adjustment buckle for the nose hook.It's actually a really good quality for the price. The straps are supple and have the soft felt-like backing to them, and there aren't any points that feel like they're "cutting" into me. The only issue I've noticed is the bottom chin strap is slightly wider than the buckle provided for it, so it has to be forced through somewhat. The nose hook is on an elastic band that seems to be anchored pretty well, but I still wouldn't pull too hard on it. The harness is completely adjustable all the way around and would work on a range of people, from petite to obese.uhhh, yeah........... this works great , and just like the picture. I dont think I will wear it out for dinner since I look like a monster with it on lol. But yeah, its fun and well worth the money they ask for it. Oh, a friendly tip..if you put the ring inside your mouth (which is not uncomfortable), you may want to wear a bib lol. And the nose hook...a nice touch....if you want to look like hannibals apprentice hahaha...we love this thing.I love this thing! There is no flipping it around in your mouth. This stays put and does its job! Wish it came with different ring sizes,This is a very effective ring gag, relatively easy to put on, promotes drooling at an almost unbelievable rate, and the locking buckles (on two of the three straps) are a very nice touch. My only complain echoes others here, which is that the nose strap isn't adjustable and, for me, fits OK but does not provide any tension.
