My son wanted this for his birthday so I purchased it from Amazon after seeing it at the Lego store. I don't know -- it seemed to frustrate him putting it together, and he's pretty meticulous with the instructions. I tried to help out and I have to admit, even I got frustrated. It's a complex build. We have a variety of Lego products. This one was just not as fun as some of them.This was a hit with a 7 year old. Held his interest well and I was pretty impressed. When brand new the projectiles really come flying out fast. Almost too easy to trigger them.I'm an adult who bought it for parts. At under $24, I got 8 missile launchers, a good price in itself; and a bunch of other cool spare parts. I'm sure it would build into a great model, too. It's meant to be played with other kits from the LEGO Ninjago Theme.I bought this as a birthday gift for my six-year-old grandson. He LOVED it and so did my son, his dad. My son remarked how well made the set is and said Legos just keep getting better and better. I would certainly purchase this item again.Bought as a Christmas gift to add to a five year old's collection. As always lego cost more than what you get but they last forever.My son enjoyed putting this together and enjoyed playing with it after.Son had no problems putting it together. Loves the fact the bullets actually shoots.You have to shoot it really fast if you want all of them to fire.Enjoyed greatly by my grandson. I was amazed that it arrived as soon as it did. Don't know how you do it.Bullets go in super speed and the plane looks very goodgreat!
